- checking your most recent Annual Benefit Statement
- asking your pensions administrator.
I don’t know who my pension administrator is
If you don’t know who the pension administrator for your employer is look up their contact details by selecting your employer from the A-Z

If you have a question about your pension you should first look in the Frequently Asked Questions section and the scheme guides. If you are unable to find the answer you need to look up your employers pension administrator in the helplines.
Select your employer from the A-Z Helplines and this will present the correct contact details for your pension admistrator
Please note that index linking for Civil Service pensions will be according to the Consumer Prices Index (CPI) from 1st April 2011, instead of the Retail Price Index (RPI)
