MyCSP operate helplines for members of classic, classic plus, nuvos and premium If you have a question about your own pension, and you are currently employed in the Civil Service or an organisation using the Civil Service pension arrangements, you must contact the MyCSP Pension Service Centre for your employer. To do this you need to select your employer from the A-Z list in the helpline area and this will present the contact details.

Contact details for former (deferred) members and those already in receipt of payments If you worked for the Civil Service previously (for more than 2 years) you are called a deferred member and will need to contact Capita directly with your enquiry – Capita make payments of Civil Service pensions and administer preserved benefits. Capita Member Access website - My Pension Online? Members with preserved benefits can access their pension online and update their details through the Capita Member Access website. If you are an Equitable Life member and have a question about your account, you will need to contact your former employer’s pensions administrator. You will be able to find out who your employer’s pensions administrator is by following the instructions on the Helplines page. |
Employers (HR and finance teams) |
If you are an employer and have a question about Civil Service pensions you should contact your MyCSP Pension Service Centre. From September 2011 new arrangements were put in place for handling Employer queries. The changes were cascaded in EPN306. Employers should now use this Helpdesk Contact Formto email queries to their pension service centre (except reserved decisions)
