Voluntary Redundancy and Compulsory Redundancy – for employers to make available to your staff when offering Voluntary of Compulsoy Redundancy terms. Actuarial Reduction Buy out – this is already on the website under “calculators“ Forms Early Departure Scheme – application for Cabinet Office approval – To be completed by the employer Work Request Form - Client Relationship Manager to complete this form with the employer - need reference from approved application form. Compensation Scheme Information Form (CSCS1) – For completion by the employee when expressing an interest in a Voluntary Exit or Voluntary Redundancy scheme Compensation Declaration Forms – You will send these to the employer with the appropriate Quotes: CSCS2 -Voluntary Exit / Voluntary Redundancy – For staff over minimum pension age who have qualified for a pension (Employee to complete to accept / decline offer of redundancy plus information for immediate access to pension) CSCS2a -Voluntary Exit / Voluntary Redundancy – For staff under minimum pension age who are not scheme members (Employee to complete to accept / decline offer of redundancy plus information for preserved pension (as applicable)) CSCS2b – Compulsory Redundancy - For staff over minimum pension age who have qualified for a pension (Employee to provide information for immediate acces to pension) CSCS2c - Compulsory Redundancy - For staff under minimum pension age or who are not scheme members (Employee to provide information for preserved pension (as applicable)) CSCS2d - High earner suppliment if LTA may apply
