This new office development illustrates how to achieve exemplary standards in environmental design and procurement. The test of its ultimate success will be in matching these with its operational use of energy over the long term. To help in this process everyone entering and leaving the building can see how much energy is being generated on site against energy consumed from the real-time display positioned at the building’s entrance.
