Increasing capability and professionalism by providing access to a wide-range of HR and HR Business Partner specific tools, guidance and leading-edge learning opportunities. The HRBP Development Environment is a website created specifically to support the ongoing professional development of Civil Service HR Business Partners.
Civil Service Leadership and Talent Management Strategy
Developing and implementing a strategy which delivers the right Civil Service talent programmes at the right time to ensure we continue to successfully identify and support talented individuals.
HR Capability
Increasing the effectiveness of the whole HR function by working In partnership across the Civil Service to implement effective performance improvement activities and common ways of working, e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Diagnostic Tool, HR Career Map and HR Capability Framework.
HR Community Development
Using professional networks and social media to share news, views, research and best practice across the Civil Service HR function – building one vibrant engaged Civil Service HR community.
