Paying your Civil Service pension

Capita Hartshead is under contract to the Cabinet Office to administer your pension. You must tell Capita Hartshead immediately if you have moved or changed bank accounts.  You can do so by telephone, by letter or by the pensioners' secure website.  Please do not send these details via ordinary email.

The telephone lines are open from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
However, the lines are always extremely busy on a Monday. If your call is not urgent you may find it more convenient to telephone between Tuesday and Friday.

Accessing the secure website

You can view your payslips, P60 details and notify Capita Hartshead of changes to your address and banking details on line by registering with the pensioners' secure website.  See www.csp.capitahartshead.co.uk
