Jane joined the Civil Service College in 1990. Author of the Diversity Excellence Model™. UK Partner in international programme for senior women in the public sector "Crossing the Boundaries". CIPD Associate. Previously in HR policy in the Cabinet Office and in management in the private sector. Silver Award for innovation in diversity training at first British Diversity Awards in 1995 .
