Profile: Charlotte Revely

Charlotte joined CMPS in 2000 having previously worked within the MOD. Latterly her career focussed on personnel and development issues as a route to organisational change although she also has a strong background in operational and strategic management in the field of logistics and support services. Charlotte runs a range of training programmes on key management skills, performance management and work/life balance and is Director of the Chartered Management Institute qualification programme.
