The Civil Service’s graduate programme, Fast Stream has won 'The Employers' Award for Best Practice in Graduate Recruitment.
This was awarded to us by the Association of Graduate Recruiters. This new award recognises the importance of good practice in graduate recruitment; entries were judged by a select panel of senior and experienced AGR (Association of Graduate Recruiters) members. The AGR has a membership of over 600 organisations including our major competitors such as PWC, Deloittes, Accenture, the NHS and Teach First.
The awards ceremony was held in Grosvenor House, London and was attended by about 700 people who work in graduate marketing & recruitment.
It is gratifying to know that our peers and competitors rate the Fast Stream so highly. It is also complementary to the Times Top 100 Public Sector Award that we won earlier this year, which was voted for by students. This highlights that both employers and graduates see the Fast Stream as a leading Graduate Talent Management Programme.
