Jo is the former Programme Manager for Civil Service West Midlands. This involved leading a team in the West Midlands to develop and deliver the programme.

Her 'day job' is as Head of Planning for the Forestry Commission in England, which includes responsibility for corporate planning and strategy across the FC estate, as well as overall responsibility for the planning of management across the 250,000ha of FC land in England.
