Chief Executive of Directgov
Jayne is Chief Executive of Directgov, the government's flagship destination website for UK citizens. This involves leading the IT and business change aspects of this cross- departmental programme, to ensure the continuous improvement in the breadth and depth of the offering to citizens, whilst also driving take up of on-line government services by citizens. Prior to this Jayne joined Chordiant Software in the start-up phase, eventually leading professional services for Chordiant International, overseeing the delivery of Chordiant's enterprise customer solutions focussed on Financial Services. Jayne's early career was forged in business consulting and operational research within British Gas and Cap Gemini.
Jayne is seasoned professional, having over twenty years of experience of providing business and IT solutions to meet customer requirements. She has experience of building and managing virtual teams, growing a consulting business and working with customers within an international environment, during periods of rapid organisational change and growth.
