David Dinsdale is the Programme Director at businesslink.gov.uk. Prior to this, David was Founder and Finance IT/Finance Director of ANAQUA. In just three years this company progressed from a five person start-up to its current focus as a leading global service provider in the intellectual property (IT) industry. As part of developing ANAQUA, David spent a year in Richmond with Microsoft, helping them implement a new value based approach to IP management and exploitation.

He is expert in helping clients re-structure their businesses for advantage using web based technologies and has spent 17 of the last 20 years as owner / proprietor of the technology businesses that he has helped build. In his career, David has worked with a wide range of corporate (Kimberly Clarke, Coca cola, Ford, BAT, IBM, AMEX) and Government Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Health and Mexican Government? Clients, helping them to use technology to drive their businesses forward.
