Civil Service governing bodies include three sub-groups. They examine specific issues that arise in CSSB meetings and report back to the CSSB every month.
Areas of focus for each sub-group
- Employee Relations Group – looks at any issues concerning the recruitment and day-to-day management of civil servants
- Senior Leadership Committee – works on improving capability.
- Delivery Council – focuses on how to improve customer service
