On Wednesday 8th July 2009, Brian Etheridge, Director of Civil Service Capability Group, set out to test people’s knowledge of Capability Reviews in an interactive session of ‘Who wants to be a Permanent Secretary?’. Questions posed included; ‘which element of Strategy is the strongest?’ and ‘how do we know Capability Reviews are being effective?’.
